God answered my prayers.
I am grateful, thankful and very blessed..
Simple things in life mean more to me now more than ever..
“God grant me the serenity to accept the things I cannot change; courage to change the things I can;
and the wisdom to know the difference”
I will look for things that make me smile, give me pleasure
and add to my happiness..
“Living one day at a time; Enjoying one moment at a time”
“Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace”
But as I age (which seems rapid!) I want my life to be
uncluttered, streamlined and simplier..
I want to enjoy my grandson’s firsts…
like discovering a wet nose of a dog..
To just be…
still and content…
(My dad is cancer free! Thank you for all the prayers and well wishes!)

I needed to read this tonight! Thank you for stopping by and following my blog and for turning me on to yours! Enjoy your weekend!
Good for your father! I believe battles with any illness takes a lot of mind and heart.
I love what you said about living simplier as you get older. I’m only 26, and I’m already beginning to yearn for simplicity in my life.. less chaos.
Thanks for visiting my blog, and for your kind words! <3
